| | The long awaited 13th SWAC episode guest starring Selena Gomez! please subscribe! PLOT: Chad is filming a movie about his life( The Chad Dylan Cooper Story). Chad decides to have the real So Random! cast to play their parts except for Sonny because he thinks she has a diva personality. So, he decides to hire Selena Gomez to play Sonny in his movie. At first, Sonny thinks she could be Selena's new best bud. But then, this all changes. Sonny makes fun of Selena's Wizards of Waverly Place character, Alex Russo, (by creating a new sketch) because she is angry at her and jealous. Selena also makes fun of Sonny. Selena realizes that Sonny and Chad like each other, but Sonny and Chad say that they don't and call her a relationship wizard. In the end she uses reverse psychology to make them admit that they do. Chad admits he likes Sonny and that he thinks she has pretty hair, while Sonny admits she likes Chad and thinks he has sparkly eyes. At the end, Selena quits the movie for another movie called 'Camp Hip Hop' and Chad gives Sonny the part. | | I recently saw a video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ahlawrQHeA ) where it was demostrated that some iron-enriched foods actually contain enough metal to be magnetic. I wanted to see more of this, so I did the experiment(s) myself and sure enough - even the cereal I had for breakfast was magnetic! In this video, you'll see floating magnetic Bran Flakes, the free-standing magnetic Bran Flake demonstration, and finally, the actual magnetic iron material extracted from the cereal and shown under high magnification. This sort of iron looks similar to the kind of black iron you would collect by passing a strong magnet through ordinary soil. After a bit of reseach, it turns out that this "reduced iron" will dissolve in the your stomach's hydrochloric acid (at least to some degree), and can be absorbed for your bodily processes, although probably not as efficiently as the more colloidal iron found naturally in plants/non-processed foods. | | The day that changed women's tennis history. Monica was on top of the world, she had won 7 of the last 8 grandslams she entered, plus the last 3 year end championships. At age 19, she already had 8 grandslam titles, and a 4-1 grandslam final record against Steffi Graf and Martina Navratilova. She was getting stronger and stronger, was about to go for her 4th consecutive french open, when all of this stopped. Soon after, Steffi started winning all the grandslams, while Monica's career was changed forever. She would make a return 2.5 years later, and won her 9th grandslam. But she was never the same player mentally or physically, her whole destiny had changed, she had a different approach on life and was just happy to be out there playing instead of the single-minded champion who was going for so many records. She also lost her father & coach to cancer in 1998. Today Monica has revealed that her weight problems since her comeback were a result of her stabbing and the death of her father, food became her best friend. To me Monica Seles will always be the greatest champion of all-time, between 1990-1993 she was dominating, improving and showing no signs of stopping. Too bad that her attacker got his wish when he made Steffi get back to no.1 and today she owns the records and people call her the greatest. Saddest story in tennis, but we all know that Monica is the real greatest and that without the stabbing she would have continued to evolve and continue on her incredible journey.
